E-Journals

In view of researches requirements, the Institute subscribes various e-Journals from reputed publishers and societies. These e-Journals are accessible on campus and off-campus to its users.

E-Books

In additions to print books, the Library purchased eBooks (CSE  &  SSH) for its users. These are available on the Library catalogue and accessible online on-campus and off-campus.

Plagiarism check tools

For supporting research, the Library provides tools for plagiarism detection to its faculty, PhD scholars, and teaching assistants. Currently the Institute has access/subscription to the following plagiarism check tools –

Proofreader

  • The Grammarly premium license is provided to all the students, faculty, and staff members at the Institute. To access Grammarly effectively, please use its tips & tutorials.

Writing and Publishing system

For promoting the writing and publishing, the Institute has subscription to the Overleaf Professional : writing and publishing system (from Write LaTex). Any current registered researchers from IIIT-Delhi can avail this subscription. However, basic version of Overleaf is free to all, anyone can register and use it.

Citation tools

There are many citation tools available for helping researchers. The basic versions are freely available for individuals. The Institute's Library has listed out the following well known citation tools with step by step guide for using these easily. Currently, the Institute does not subscribe the paid version of these tools.

Remote Access

For accessing the subscribed e-Resources from off-campus/outside campus, the Library provides remote access facilities. However, all the subscribed e-Resources are accessible on campus without username and passwords. Currently, the following remote access facilities are available –

Repository

The Library has developed the Institutional Digital Repository to collect, preserve and disseminate the scholarly intellectual output of IIIT-Delhi. Repositories are important tools for preserving an organization's legacy; they facilitate digital preservation and scholarly communication.

IIIT-Delhi Institutional Repository 

IRINS

The Research Information Management facilitates the academic and research fraternity to collect, curate, and showcase the scholarly communication activities and provide an opportunity to create the scholarly network.

The IRINS would support to integrate the existing research management system such as HR system, course management, grant management system, institutional repository, open and commercial citation databases, scholarly publishers, etc. It has integrated with academic identity such as ORCID ID, ScopusID, Research ID, Microsoft Academic ID, Google Scholar ID for ingesting the scholarly publication from various sources.
