This book constitutes the proceedings of the Second International Workshop on Model-Driven Organizational and Business Agility, MOBA 2022, which took place in Leuven, Belgium, in June 2022. MOBA was launched with the purpose of fetching scientific rigor into the agile practice within an entire enterprise, especially focusing on the role of models and modeling. The 10 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 22 submissions.
