This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second International Meeting on Innovation for Systems Information and Decision meeting, INSID 2020, held in Recife, Brazil, in December 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The 8 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 84 submissions to the main conference.
