Nice book explaining the history of ciphers, why they were developed and how they were broken. Explains the algorithms nicely with lots of examples. However what could be a little bit annoying is the continues repetition of those examples. For instance algorithm is explained using example A, immediately followed by another example B. If you understood it in the first place, why another example? If you didn't understand it in the first place, why another example?
